3 days dedicated to the commemoration of the "Remittance" of the salt, or the traditional moment of transport of the White Gold which, arrived from the Saline aboard the "burchiella", to be then stored during the winter in the 2 Salt Warehouses "Torre" and “Darsena".
Today it has become a real city festival, where, in place of storage, the Cervia Salt is donated to all present as a sign of good wishes and prosperity.
