Cancellation with deposit paid

  • With notice of more than 14 days:

the deposit will not be lost, but will be considered valid for a subsequent stay in the current year, or returned.

  • With Notice of less than 14 days or No Show:

the deposit will be withheld entirely if the customer does not show up without notifying us.


If the customer decides to interrupt his stay earlier than the established dates of the reservation, a penalty equal to the cost of the room without services will be applied for the remaining days up to 3 days.
