4 days dedicated to a product that has fully conquered the podium of the excellence of the Romagna palate: the Cervia Mussel.

Alone, in first courses, fried, au gratin ... it doesn't matter.

Thanks to its intense flavour, no one can resist this seafood, notoriously identified as a poor dish, but rich in taste.

Along the canal port and in the fishing village, you will be able to see the boats that are used for fishing and collecting mussels.

It will also be possible to taste the Cervia mussel in the various stands, in traditional recipes, and in more modern reinterpretations.

To celebrate this zero-kilometre product, our Chef Salvatore Tartaglia has prepared for you a special menu based on Mussels from Cervia
