Our kitchen team every day looks for the freshest products on the market in order to be able to propose healthy and rich menus, featuring not only traditional dishes of the Romagna region, but also of the international cuisine. A special preference exists for fresh fish that you will find every day among the various proposals. Lunch and dinner are accompanied by a rich buffet of appetizers, vegetables, bread and fruit. Menus for vegetarians and celiac disease sufferers are also available.
A particular attention is paid to the children menus: a member of our kitchen staff is dedicated exclusively to the preparation of their dishes. We have all the equipment for the smaller children.
