Cancellation policy

More than 14 days prior to arrival:
the down payment will not be lost, but it will be kept valid for a later stay in the same year or will be returned.

Less than 14 prior to arrival or NO SHOW:
the down payment will be retained in full. If the client does not show up without notice the down payment will be retained in full.
 
EARLY DEPARTURE
If the client decides to interrupt his/her stay earlier than the date set in the reservation, a penalty equal to the cost of the room only, without services, will be applied for the remaining days up to a maximum of 3 days.
